Path to WEV

Reentering the workforce after being a stay-at-home mom for more than 15 years, WEV was the only organization Alisa interviewed with that valued her achievements as a mother as well as her previous work experience. Her “mom projects” like fund raising $40,000 for her daughters’ high school dance team were acknowledged as valuable experience that indicated she had the skills needed to return to the workforce. Now she’s thrilled to work for a company that offers programs that often helps moms get their confidence back.

“I am grateful to be a part of a work culture where I am surrounded by co-workers who inspire me and who are all rooting for each other to be successful.”
