The Spirit of Entrepreneurship (SOE) Awards is a WEV program celebrating the incredible contributions of women entrepreneurs in Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties.
SOE was founded by Cathy Feldman in 2011, when she recognized the need to honor local women entrepreneurs. She personally oversaw the growth and success of the SOE Awards as Board Chair and CEO until 2018 when the SOE Foundation merged with WEV.
