Jill Agonias

Jill Agonias is a dynamic real estate professional with a strong entrepreneurial background and deep roots in Women’s Economic Ventures. She first came to WEV in 2015, as an entrepreneur driven by the dream of opening a yoga studio. Though she realized it wasn’t the right time, Jill never let go of her vision. Three years later, she seized the opportunity to purchase a struggling studio in downtown Santa Barbara and enrolled in WEV for a second time. With the support of WEV’s SET program and Thrive coaching, Jill rebranded, renovated, and led a team of 40, transforming the studio into a thriving community staple. This success led to a subsequent acquisition and expansion to two additional locations.

As the founder of Sol Seek Yoga Studio and a former Marketing Manager for the international nonprofit Vitamin Angels, Jill blends her expertise in innovation and community-building with a deep commitment to service. Becoming an instructor at WEV has brought her journey full circle and she is dedicated to helping budding entrepreneurs achieve financial independence: “to helping others achieve their dreams, just as WEV helped me achieve mine.”

As a real estate agent on the top-performing luxury team, Emily Kellenberger & Associates at Village Properties, Jill now provides personalized expert services to buyers and sellers with a positive and supportive approach. In addition to her work with WEV, she sits on the Board of Directors at Girls Inc. Greater Santa Barbara and is passionate about helping girls nurture their potential, empowering them to become confident, capable leaders in their community.
