Deepa Pulipati first heard about WEV from a former board member. She was invited to a WEV fundraising event and wanted to become more involved after the pandemic. She said “The general energy of wanting to build people up and getting excited about other people’s success speaks to an abundance mindset and the intention it took to build this organization. I love hearing people’s stories and I think supporting women in this way is a really good cycle to contribute to!”
It was this energy that inspired her to become part of WEV’s League of Extraordinary Women: “The mission of WEV is very aligned with how I engage with my community, and it brings so much to the people who need this support. It resonates with my values and how I started in this country. I joined the League because I wanted to connect with the broader community…and it sounded fun!”
