As a student, Crystal participated in a research project where she learned about WEV and was inspired by its mission. The story of WEV’s founder Marsha Bailey, who created the organization to provide accessible business capital and resources, resonated with her. Crystal’s mother was a small business owner who could have benefited from WEV’s support. She knew she wanted to contribute to the organization’s work.
As a Bilingual Business Consultant, Crystal supports small businesses and entrepreneurs by enhancing financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow management, and forecasting, while identifying opportunities to optimize performance. She works closely with clients to refine business strategies, improve marketing approaches, and develop targeted campaigns to elevate brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales. This dual approach equips entrepreneurs with the skills and insights needed to drive sustainable growth.
