With 25 years in the food and beverage industry, Pixie has worked every restaurant position from dishwasher to manager of multiple locations. Her passion for excellence and hospitality has driven her to work with many successful concepts and industry renowned professionals in her career. With expertise in team development and training, management mentorship, and margin maximization, Pixie is eager to share her knowledge and experience to ensure business success for as many restaurateurs as possible.
Since hearing about WEV, Pixie has been drawn to the mission. She was introduced to the organization by employee Marta Quintero through the Santa Barbara Chamber of Commerce and then encouraged by friend Eric Zackrison to become a WEV business consultant. She could not be more excited to be a part of supporting women in breaking glass ceilings!
