Hayley Bridges

Like many entrepreneurs, Hayley started off as an employee for a different company. She realized there wasn’t a growth opportunity   that appealed to her   and decided to create something of her own. Thus, Hayley Bridges Design was born. 

Hayley came to WEV in search of direction. “It can feel overwhelming doing it alone and not knowing exactly what the next steps should be,” she said. She has since learned to make goals. Goal-setting helped her create “markers for my success” and allowed her to focus on what she values.  

Hayley has enjoyed being around like-minded individuals and mentors. In her own words: “WEV’s program helped me create a business plan and gave me a community of entrepreneurs to connect with, as well as tools to work on my business. The advisory program has given me an advisor to bounce ideas off of, which is such a help when things just circle in my own head!” 

Since its inception, Hayley’s company has expanded. She has hired her own staff and is looking to the future. She shares that she is “excited to keep growing in our designs and work on larger projects.”
