Karen A. Smith is currently the President of Pacific Tributes, Inc., a Santa Barbara-based consulting firm focused on business growth and turn-around.

Ms. Bogart was a Senior Vice President of Eastman Kodak Company until 2006. She was the Chairman and President of Greater Asia. She also managed many of Kodak’s global businesses including Professional Imaging, Consumer Printing and Consumer Cameras. Locally, she co-founded a large-format web-based printing firm.  She was President of TESS Skincare Inc. She teaches at the University of California at Santa Barbara.

She currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Women’s Economic Ventures. She also is a Director of Monolithic Power Systems (MPWR) and ZBE, Inc. a private firm that develops digital printers for professional and commercial imaging.

She holds a BA in Political Science from the State University of New York at Geneseo; a Masters in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University; and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Rochester.  She is currently pursuing a PhD. in Human Organizational Development at Fielding Graduate University.
